Founder & CEO
Arif Rahim has led A.R. International since 2007, bringing extensive experience in developing innovative, pre-engineered building solutions across New Zealand, Pakistan, and beyond. Over the years, he has overseen projects that range from luxury and low-cost housing to schools, hospitals, warehouses, and emergency shelters.

With a vision to make construction faster, safer, and more affordable, Arif combines global project experience with a commitment to community impact. His leadership continues to drive A.R. International’s mission to deliver durable, energy-efficient, and cost-competitive structures built to international standards.

Masood Ahmed

Director of Operations

Masood Ahmed serves as the Director of Operations, bringing distinguished leadership, strategic insight, and extensive operational expertise to the organization. Recognized for his professionalism, analytical acumen, and sound decision-making capabilities, he plays an instrumental role in overseeing a wide range of development and operational initiatives.

Light weight steel structure solutions are among the key areas of operational focus within the organization, supporting modern construction standards through efficiency, durability, and cost-effective development practices.

With substantial experience in managing diverse projects and coordinating complex operations, Masood Ahmed has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and a highly results-oriented approach. His ability to effectively lead teams while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders has contributed significantly to the organization’s sustained growth and success.

He also maintains strong professional relationships with various government departments, facilitating effective coordination, regulatory compliance, and development opportunities.
